Research Interests:

1. Geotechnical Engineering including ballasted rail tracks and stone columns stabilised soft clay
2. Numerical simulation using Discrete Element Method (DEM) for railway ballast
3.Coupled DEM-Finite Different simulation

Future Research Topics:

1. Develop a coupled DEM-FDM technique to simulate load-deformation behaviour of ballasted rail tracks
2. Investigate load-deformation behaviour of stone columns stabilised soft clay using numerical and mathematical methods.
